Teams with more than one presenter must purchase a separate license for each presenter. Participants joining a kahoot (ie. joining the game via the PIN code) don’t require an account or license.

This varies by plan. As a standard setting, the maximum number of simultaneous participants per session is up to 2,000 live participants. Highest tier plans offer access to 5,000 participants, however it requires an onboarding/consultation with a person from Kahoot! to make sure it is set up in the best way possible.

Kahoot! 360 plans are designed for year-round use. Annual billing ensures you can provide long-term engagement and uninterrupted access to all your content, and results. It allows you to collect and measure engagement over time, helping you accurately track impact and ROI.

You can add licenses to your existing team plan at any time. You only pay for the rest of your current billing period, so the charge for additional licenses is prorated. You can also remove a user at any time and give their license to someone else. If you reduce your total number of licenses, the change applies from your next renewal. If you’re on an individual license, you can of course also switch to a team plan at any time. 

Pro plans are sold per presenter, so they suit individuals and small groups of presenters who each need their own license. You can buy one license or several. Team plans (Kahoot! 360 Spirit) suits departments and organizations with many presenters and have a minimum of 25 licenses.

Yes, at any time. When you upgrade, you get the new plan’s features and participant limit right away for a full annual billing period, and we credit the unused part of your current plan against the new price. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. How to upgrade or downgrade.

The player identifier allows trainers and admins to identify individual participants when they join a new kahoot session, so you know exactly who it is beyond the anonymous on-screen nickname. When joining a new session, participants are required to enter their email address, which is then used for learner tracking and reporting. When joining via our mobile app, the email address is saved from the first time they enter it, so they won’t have to enter it when joining your kahoots in the future.

Up to 5,000 live participants. As a standard setting, Kahoot! 360 Pro Ultra supports up to 2,000 live participants. During the onboarding session/consultation with our team, we’ll run a performance test on your setup to set your participant limit accordingly (to up to 5,000 participants, if your setup allows it).

Yes! The maximum document length you can upload varies depending on your plan. To ensure the AI generates the best possible presentation for you, we calculate a standard page as approximately 1,500 characters
